Regional Finance and Business Planning Officer
About this position
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with sales business, shipping and bank regarding to bill of exchange documentation
• Prepare and distribute Bill of exchange summary report
• Be the main contact person with bank regarding to the L/C including support request to change L/C condition
• Record domestic collection and issue receipt for customer.
• Control AR overdue by preparing AR Aging report and follow up payment.
• Prepare Collection plan for Cash flow forecast report
• Verify bank charge from L/C and Bill of Exchange
• Verify and collect WHT certificate (hard copy & E-WHT) for GL team
• Budget planning (some task assigned by Manager)
• Internal control
• Others assignment in Accounting & Finance.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree major Accounting or finance
• Working experience 1-2 years in accounting and finance
• Good knowledge in Microsoft office
• Good in logical thinking and problem analysis
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of commitment
• Has a commitment for job completion and delivery job as due date.
