About this position

As a Sales & Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and service support to the sales team, responding to new business leads, and managing client relationships to ensure successful event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative and service support to the sales team.
• Responding to new business leads and calling existing clients for repeat business in a timely and efficient manner.
• Entering bookings on the system and following up to convert inquiries.
• Confirming business and attending to the delivery of client's requests.
• Interacting and negotiating with guests using good knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services.

Requirements

• College degree.
• Minimum 2 years experience in hotel sales.
• Good communication and social skills.
• Flexible and co-operative.
• Good English skills.
• Excellent Computer skills (MS Office).
• Fluency in Thai to ensure effective communication with clients and team members.
• Experience in the hospitality or service industry, preferably with exposure to Thai or Southeast Asian markets.
