About this position
บริหารจัดการงานด้านการขายและการตลาดให้ได้ยอดขายตามที่ได้ตั้งเป้าหมายไว้Responsibilities
• วางแผนการเพิ่มยอดขาย ให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย• วางแผนควบคุม Shrinked ไม่ให้เกินมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
• Update ข้อมูลยอดขายให้กับทีมงาน
• จัดทำ PO เปรียบเทียบ เพื่อทำการออก Invoice เก็บเงินคู่ค้า
• ประสานงานกับ Trade Marketing เพื่อหาแนวทางในการกระตุ้นยอดขาย
• ควบคุมวิเคราะห์ เพื่อสรุปผลการทำ Promotion พร้อมทั้งส่งผลให้การตลาดรับทราบ
Requirements
• วางแผนควบคุมการใช้จ่ายต่างๆให้เหมาะสม คุ้มค่าและเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดกับหน่วยงาน• ตรวจสอบกระบวนการการจัดทำงานในระบบ (SAP) ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
• ประชุมสื่อสารข้อมูลกับทีมงาน
• ตรวจสอบและติดตามเรื่องการวางบิล และชำระหนี้ของคู่ค้า
• สร้างแรงจูงใจให้ทีมงาน ทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
