Lead the development of category, channel & POP plan covering assortment, merchandising, pricing and promotion across channels, and marketing strategic frameworkResponsibilities
• Responsible for driving product/category growth and P&L• Ensure product distributions with availability of pack-size / pricing strategy
• Determine pricing and promotion across channels
• Ensure shelf share/decoration and merchandising space
• Identify distribution and channel opportunities and gaps
• Analyze new product launch, specific campaign, P&L performance, market share & sales force productivity
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or other related fields• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Category Management, Channel Marketing, Trade Marketing in FMCG
• High analytical acumen with ability to drive and translate insights into relevant strategies and tactics internally
• Good planning and management skill
