About this position

The IT Application Services Manager is responsible for managing the IT application team, ensuring effective project management, and optimizing processes to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT application team and Provide coaching/assistance in developing / implementing operational tasks and project work assigned and new policies concerns to meet business need (budget/benefits/quality/time).
• Partner with business to identify solutions for waste elimination approach, reduction of service time and process optimization across all layers of the organization.
• Manage and Coordinate with outside IT vendors to complete software development projects and operational issues on time and budget.
• Planning, organizing and controlling the activities, resources and budget of projects and operational IT application tasks.
• Reporting and presenting work status, solution recommendations to management for review and approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer engineering, Computer science or Information Technology related field.
• At least 5 years in IT project management.
• At least 10 years’ experience in application development, supporting ERP.
• Have broad IT knowledge in IT systems and processes e.g. ITIL, SAP, Web Application, Mobile Application, MS365, IoT, etc.
• Strong in leadership, customer service, creative, project management, system analyst and design skill.
• Solid Knowledge and experience in application development languages and frameworks, software engineering practices (e.g. C#, Java, web technology stacks, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Angular, Node.JS, Git, API, ABAP, Cloud technologies).
• Good English communication both spoken and written.
