About this position
The Specialist Category Marketing T&HS ASEAN will be responsible for driving effective customer engagement, identifying market opportunities, and contributing to internal and external marketing activities to differentiate the company as the partner of choice.
Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver market trend & consumer insight with creative story-telling presentation, innovative product concept and capability to deliver the combination between Ingredion’s value creation and solution with clients as value co-creation approach.
• Identify needs, gap, and new opportunities for assigned product categories.
• Engage with sales, technical and innovation team, providing proactive marketing support to grow a business and build a strong relationship with key and new clients.
• Provide support with the development of innovation day, roadshow, and promotional activities to enhance selling opportunities for the business.
• Contribute and work with cross-functional teams to organize tradeshows, seminars/webinar and networking events.
• Develop monthly marketing newsletter to summarize industry trends, market and competitor movement in food, beverage, and foodservice industries.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree any major, preferably in Marketing and Business.
• Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience in marketing or related function within FMCG.
• Good English communication skill, both written and spoken.
• Thought-provoking approach in translating insights into relevant and actionable product concepts.
• Passionate in food & beverage.
• Expertise in marketing storytelling and data analysis.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations with aesthetics and serve as a commercial driven purpose concurrently.
• Proactive, independent multi-tasker and strong eagerness to learn with good interpersonal skills.
• Prioritizing and time management.
