About this position
Creating and overseeing the company’s long-term comprehensive marketing strategy and roadmap with the goal to increase sales and enhance all brands.
• Supervise the conduct of market and competitor research and analysis to keep abreast of trends and integrate findings into long-term brand strategy.
• Explore new ways to engage and identify new networks to reach our target audience.
• Formulate a communication and PR strategy along with selecting partner agencies.
• Collaborate with both internal and external partners to grow our brands.
• Develop, maintain, and grow loyalty programs.
• Collect market intelligence by monitoring competitor/industry activities and listening to what customers have to say in order to generate leads for products, events, and services.
• Bachelor/Master degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or relevant number of years of experience.
• 15+ years’ experience in Marketing function Flour retail service.
• 8 years in managerial level with good people management.
• Experience in new product development.
• Experience in Operations/Logistics in Flour industry is preferred.
