About this position
Responsibilities
• วางแผนการตลาด (New Customer) แสวงหาลูกค้าที่มีศักยภาพ และโอกาสทางการตลาด เพื่อหาลูกค้าใหม่ที่มีศักยภาพภายใต้นโยบายที่ธนาคารกำหนดให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายธุรกิจ รวมมถึงออกแบบ Solution ต่างๆให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของลูกค้าแต่ละกลุ่ม
• เจรจาและกำหนดเงื่อนไขวงเงินสินเชื่อ เพื่อเสนอขออนุมัติสินเชื่อ ภายใต้ Product Program
• จัดทำเอกสารเบื้องต้น ตามกระบวนการขออนุมัติสินเชื่อ
• ดูแลและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า ให้คำแนะนำและเป็นที่ปรึกษาให้กับลูกค้าในการทำธุรกิจและบริการทางด้านการเงิน
• บริหารกระบวนการสินเชื่อต่างๆ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ เช่น การรวบรวมข้อมูลและเอกสารจากลูกค้า วิเคราะห์ความสามารถในการชำระหนี้ และการ Structure วงเงินให้เหมาะสม รวมถึงการนำเสนอขอสินเชื่อได้
• Monitoring ลูกค้า และติดตามการชำระหนี้ เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เป็นหนี้มีปัญหา
• ส่งมอบงานให้ Farmer Team เพื่อให้สามารถเบิกใช้วงเงินได้อย่างเรียบร้อยครบถ้วน
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Requirements
• จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโท สาขาการเงิน การธนาคาร, เศรษฐศาสตร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านเจ้าหน้าที่สินเชื่อและเจ้าหน้าที่วิเคราะห์สินเชื่ออย่างน้อย 5 ปี หากมีประสบการณ์ RM โดยตรงจากสถาบันการเงิน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความรู้ทางด้านผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อ กฎหมาย กฎระเบียบต่างๆ ของธนาคาร
• มีความเข้าใจในธุรกิจของลูกค้า และมีความสามารถวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงของธุรกิจต่างๆ
• มีความสามารถในการวางแผนการขาย วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้าธุรกิจ
• มีความสามารถในการวางแผนการทำงาน แก้ไขปัญหาและตัดสินใจได้ดี
• มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง โน้มน้าว ปิดการขาย และการให้ความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงานได้ดี
• มีทักษะในการพูด อ่าน และเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
