Trade Marketing Executive / Assistant Manager
About this positionThe Trade Marketing Executive / Assistant Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring trade promotional plans, leading the merchandising team, and coordinating with various departments to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities• Plan, execute, and follow up on annual trade promotional plans, involving the sales team in all channels.
• Develop trade marketing support materials for effective plan execution.
• Take charge of the merchandising team and ensure in-store execution is deployed as planned.
• Exhibit strong leadership skills as a team leader in merchandising.
• Lead the development and implementation of in-store merchandising across key accounts/channels.
• Monitor the execution of the annual trade marketing plan for key retailers by coordinating marketing and sales operations and the sales team.
Requirements• At least 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing from the FMCG industry or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in leading a merchandising team.
• Good command of English.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good planning, time management, commitment, focus, flexibility, and customer orientation.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis in MT and JP stores would be an advantage.
