• Execute operation plan as agreed with Category Development and Marketing team
• Ensure sales and distribution target achievement
• Lead distributor to follow yearly operation plan
• Be accountable for top customers under distributor in terms of sales, in-store activation, and customer satisfaction
• Assess and ensure distributor operation to comply with Nestle policy
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in distributor sales management
• Experience from pet care business required
• Own a car with a driving license
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in Distributor Management
