About this position

The Junior Assistant Manager (Quality and Environmental Management System) is responsible for planning, operating, and maintaining the quality and environmental management systems within the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Plan the quality and environment management system within the organization.
• Operate and control the quality and environment management system plan to be in line with the organization's policy effectively.
• Follow up on the implementation of the system and maintain the quality and environment management system.
• Plan document control work, quality and environment system monitoring, and corrective and preventive actions for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide knowledge and understanding of the quality and environment management system and provide advice/recommendations on the operations of various departments to comply with ISO requirements/Procedure/customer requirements with the relevant departments/departments.
• Review and improve the responsible operating procedures to comply with the IATF16949, ISO 9001, ISO14001 systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry/Petrochemical, Science or related filed.
• Have certificate related to quality management system (ISO 9001, IATF 16949:2016) including Core Tools and others related.
• Have certificate related to environmental management system (ISO14001).
• Good English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Knowledge and skills in using Microsoft Office.
• Witty, meticulous, observant, and ready to learn new things.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Interpersonal skills, communication and coordination skills.
• Good attitude and responsible.
• Have experience and knowledge of quality system management (ISO9001, IATF16949) and environmental system management (ISO14001) in organizations (in companies related to paint/chemicals/automotive parts or manufacturing companies) for at least 5 years.
• Have knowledge or experience working in a department related to quality and environmental document control, including writing Procedures, WI, Forms and documents related to quality and environment.
• Trained as an Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor and have been an Internal Auditor in quality management system (ISO9001 & IATF16949) and environment management system (ISO14001).
• Trained and have knowledge and understanding of Automotive Core Tools (APQP & Control Plan, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP).
• Have experience in handling customer complaints and have been trained in problem analysis techniques e.g. 5 Gen, Fishbone diagram, 5 Why, 8D Report, etc.
