About this position

The Engineer, Supply Chain Management position at Nissan Motor (Thailand) Co., Ltd. involves managing supply chain logistics, controlling costs, and optimizing operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in financial documentation.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the supply chain cost and activity incurred to be in line with booking and reporting
• The expense / Cost invoice received and validate according to the contract.
• The expense / cost data entry in the system (System and excel file) and ensure that expense cost/ cost incurred are accurate in order to support the operation analysis
• Document control in-out the department and cost data reconciliation with Accounting and Finance
• Supply Chain operation cost control as cost controller with analysis and improvement
• To find out cost reduction activity and improvement from cost point view
• Supply Chain Management and Department Budget and forecast setting and actual tracking and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineer, Logistics Engineer, Finance and Economics
• New Graduated or experience 1-2 years
• Computer Skills: MS Office (include macro is a plus)
• Good Command in English communication
• Good Skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
• TOEIC Score 550 Up
• Negotiation skills and ability to work under high pressure
• Good interpersonal relations and positive thinking
