Responsibilities

• Mempersiapkan & membantu memenuhi serta mendistribusikan semua kebutuhan club maupun HO
• Melakukan request payment terhadap semua pengadaan
• Memonitor semua pengiriman barang sesuai dengan SLA
• Registrasi vendor baru
• Melakukan pencatatan dan report untuk pengadaan barang, dan lain-lain
• Membuat rekapan dari setiap transaksi yang dibuat

Requirements

• Memiliki pengalaman di dunia purchasing/procurement minimal 1 tahun
• Wajib memiliki kemampuan microsoft office terutama Mic. Excel
• Memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam administrasi dan komunikasi
• Bisa bekerja dalam team
• Jujur dan detail oriented
