We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant (Agency) to join our team. The ideal candidate is an independent professional with a strong background in recruitment and client business development. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates into client companies. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, as well as working with hiring managers to ensure successful placements. Responsibilities

1. Source and screen suitable candidates for open positions
2. Carry out the recruitment process from start to finish
3. Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates
4. Utilize various recruitment strategies to attract the best talent
5. Create and post job descriptions to job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels
6. Interview and assess candidates for job positions
7. Negotiate salary offers and provide feedback to candidates
8. Conduct background checks and reference checks on successful candidates
9. Develop and implement recruitment policies and procedures
10. Track and report on recruitment activity and results

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant in a professional environment
• Excellent knowledge of different recruitment processes and methodologies
• Good understanding of sourcing techniques (e.g. direct sourcing, job boards, social media)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
