Operations Asset Manager (Co working Space)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage the overall operations and maintenance of the co-working space, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients
• Oversee the asset management function, including monitoring and optimising the usage and performance of all equipment, facilities, and resources
• Develop and implement effective policies, procedures, and systems to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the co-working space
• Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure the space is well-maintained, clean, and secure
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic initiatives
• Liaise with clients, service providers, and other stakeholders to address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Contribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive the growth and success of the co-working space
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, asset management, or a related field within the hospitality or co-working industry
• Strong understanding of facility management principles, including maintenance, resource optimization, and cost control
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement creative solutions
• Demonstrated experience in managing a team and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment
• Proficient in using relevant software and technology to support operations and asset management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, service providers, and cross-functional teams
