About this position

Explore and verify potential products for sales, develop distribution channels, and analyze competitors. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute merchandising strategies. Develop and implement sourcing strategies and oversee supplier relationships. Analyze sales data and market research to make data-driven decisions. Work with cross-functional teams to develop product specifications. Other management assignments.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute merchandising strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Logistics Management, or related field
• Proven experience in merchandising and sourcing, marketing for the Building Materials or Construction and Decor industry for at least 5 years
• Experience in Paints, Chemicals, Mechanical and Electric products or Water system in Construction preferred
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with extreme pressure and manage multiple projects
• Strong leadership and team management experience
