Currently we are searching for a ‘Quality Assurance Specialist’ with the following skills and experience to be a part of our team. The ideal candidate shall be responsible for duties, as follows;Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:• Design and develop test cases in an Agile environment
• Create, develop, and execute test plans, tests cases, and test scripts
• Analyze test results and conduct testing scenarios
• Recommend effective improvements for software features to enhance user experience
• Identify, document, and track resolutions for software defects identified in the testing process
• Ensure the software quality and continuously provide the testing reports
• Understand and review business requirement walkthroughs
• Collaborate with CEO and a leadership and teammates in Technology department
• Partially collaborate with others QA from the vendors
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
Requirements
What You Have:• Have a keen eye for review of designs and requirements and comprehensive testing
• Highly accurate, precise, and detail-oriented prioritization
• Passionate about solving engineering problems and excellent analytical skills
• At least 3 years of experience in QA
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
• Individual contributor who works with hands-on and having a can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills, growth mindset, teamwork, and ability to drive for results.
• Comfortable with English communications
• Strong interest in the software development lifecycle, focusing on software testing, and FinTech
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
