Marketing Administrative Specialist
About this position
The Marketing Administrative Specialist is responsible for overseeing stock movements, maintaining inventory records, supporting the Manager in analyzing price and supplier information, negotiating with suppliers, monitoring store decoration, preparing stock reports, fostering coordination between departments, and performing other assigned duties.Responsibilities
• Oversee all stock movements, including deliveries, transfers, returns, and display changes.• Maintain inventory records and report product statuses regularly.
• Support the Manager, Buying (marketing material) in analyzing price and supplier information, managing inventory, and ensuring stock objectives are met.
• Negotiate with suppliers for procurement and oversee the production of store construction materials.
• Monitor store decoration to ensure accuracy and aesthetics.
• Prepare stock reports for management review.
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills.• Proficiency in computer skills, especially MS Excel.
• Strong team player.
