About this position

The Investor Relations Associate is responsible for analyzing and presenting the company's business information to facilitate investor's investment decisions, organizing investor relations activities, developing investor confidence and belief in the company's strategy and growth prospects, formulating the communication strategy/story to investment community, preparing Investor Relations materials, coordinating with various teams in the company, updating the investment community's sentiment and feedback, updating investment research and industry related news, developing IR website, and co-hosting with related departments in preparation for Annual Report/ONE report.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and presenting the company's business information to facilitate investor's investment decisions.
• Organizing investor relations activities on a regular basis i.e. quarterly earnings results and upon request i.e. Conference call and Roadshow
• Developing investor confidence and belief in the company's strategy and growth prospects, in order to deliver shareholder value
• Formulating the communication strategy/story to investment community.
• Preparing Investor Relations materials for earnings release including MD&A, presentation, news release
• Coordinating with various teams in the company to help analyze the company's financial performance, business update, and create the talking point/story.
• Updating the investment community's sentiment and feedback and presenting to management.
• Updating investment research and industry related news to management.
• Developing IR website and updating information
• Co-hosting with related departments in preparation for Annual Report/ONE report.

Requirements

• IR experiences at least 2 years
• Good finance analysis in finance & accounting report
• Good command of English
• Good interpersonal skills
