About this position

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Store and Supply Manager with Thai citizenship to oversee the seamless and efficient operation of our warehouse and supply chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating deliveries to retail locations, and ensuring the availability of products, equipment, and furniture for our stores. This role reports directly to the Product Manager.

Responsibilities

Efficiently manage warehouse operations, including procurement, dispatch, and delivery to retail locations using company vehicles and local delivery services.
Plan and execute regular supply deliveries to stores via, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
Forecast and monitor product stock levels, assess packaging needs, and evaluate "requests for supply" to facilitate movements or restocking at retail locations.
Maintain secure and proper storage of all goods, packaging, and equipment both at the warehouse and retail locations.

Requirements

Thai citizenship is mandatory.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a similar role of warehouse manager, product manager, supply manager
Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Speaking + writing English and Thai language
Ability to manage and optimize inventory levels.
Driving license and ability to drive manual gear is mandatory.
