About this position

PT Astari Niagara Internasional is looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Controlling the fulfillment of vacant positions based on MPP.
• Sourcing and selecting candidates.
• Coordinating with hiring managers for the interview process.
• Conducting the closing process for selected candidates.
• Updating the recruitment database.

Requirements

• Minimum S1 degree in Psychology.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in recruitment and at least 4 years as an Assistant Manager/Supervisor.
• Must have work experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Preferably have experience in assessment.
• Communicative, firm, agile, independent.
• Willing to be placed in Cikupa - Tangerang.
