About this position

Support for hardware & system maintenance both for office and vessel

Responsibilities

• Support for troubleshooting all IT hardware head office & vessel (PC, printer, wi-fi, router, switch, etc.)
• Support for periodic maintenance on all user PCs / laptops for office or vessel use
• Support for troubleshooting that appears in the network
• Perform daily checking for hardware (servers) owned by the company

Requirements

• Candidate must currently on going / fresh graduated Bachelor Degree study in Diploma/Bachelor Degree Information Technology (7th-8th Semester)
• Possess sufficient knowledge for hardware troubleshooting, Network configuration, Software installation
