About this position

At Huneety, the Platform Operations Intern will perform all aspects of Platform operations. This position will be a match for last year's university student, preferably majoring in Psychology and Human Resources, who is passionate about the HR Tech industry and commits to do an internship for 3 months

Responsibilities

Platform operations: Ensure Huneety daily backfilling pipeline is properly filled into the Huneety platform
HR candidates management: Import applicants from external free job boards to the Huneety platform
Workspace management: Create workspaces and ensure each company is referenced correctly with its own company description, logo, industry mapping, and address
Data Quality Control: Completing missing data and ensuring data quality
Project Management: Support project assigned by CEO and CTO

Requirements

Last year, a university student, preferably from Psychology and HR major
Proficiency in utilizing technological tools and software
Excellent planning and organization skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to pay attention to details.
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
Strong commitment to finishing the end of the internship period
