PT Hana Fashion Indonesia is a company engaged in the field of Garment. The garment process is carried out independently by PT Hana Fashion, starting from material selection, pattern making, production process; stitching (convection) to sales made in an online market place (E-commerce).
About this position
Responsibilities
โข Determines corrections to achieve fit by manipulating pattern or flat technical sketches.
โข Creates initial sample specifications from design sketch. Establish close partnership with Design in order to facilitate the interpretation of design concepts.
โข Meet weekly with Development Team regarding the sample approval status in order to maintain company time/action calendars.
โข Ensure all specs are correctly graded prior to production.
โข Directs execution of fit from development through production.
โข Interfaces with Design to ensure fit, balance and aesthetics throughout the pre-production process.
โข Identifies opportunities for more effective ways to construct product.
Requirements
โข Can use Program of Computer Aided Design by Optitex edition 21.
โข Must have extensive knowledge of pattern making, marker making, calculating of fabric and QC in garment industry.
โข Candidate should have a minimum of 1 yearsโ experience in technical design/pattern making.
โข College Degree in Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent.
โข Ability to analyze workload and plan accordingly.
โข Must be deadline driven and detail oriented.
โข Must be able to multitask and work in fast paced environment.
โข Must be proactive with a solution/result oriented attitude.
โข Must have excellent communication and follow through skills.
โข Must have great sewing skills and be able to create garment samples.
