About this position

As a Technical Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for offering technical advice and providing support to customers and sales teams regarding ABB products and systems.

Responsibilities

• Attending customer meetings with sales to conduct technical presentations and clarifications
• Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine suitable technical solutions
• Proposing technical solutions for complex enquiries
• Preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations
• Collaborating with Supply Chain and R&D teams
• Assisting sales with project handover and marketing activities

Requirements

• Graduate/Diploma holder with strong Automation background
• Experience in Data Centre is an advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills in Bahasa and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Independent, reliable, and proactive personality
