About this position

Handle customer exchanges, returns, and refunds while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately handle all exchange, return, and refund transactions
• Attend to customer complaints and claims in a friendly and professional manner
• Ensure the Exchange & Return Desk is always equipped and available to serve customers
• Follow cash handling procedures
• Utilize information from the Exchange & Refund System to address product faults and sales-related issues
• Contribute to the Exchange and Return action plan and take ownership for assigned tasks

Requirements

• Solid experience in a customer-service role in a fast-paced retail environment
• Good communication and computer skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to resolve customer complaints with confidence and care
• Ability to remain calm and controlled in stressful situations
• Experience in conflict management and achieving win-win outcomes
