Application Support Specialist

About this position

Performing as the first and second level support to gather and reproduce issues, investigate technical production issues, and provide resolutions within defined SLA.

Responsibilities

• Gather issues/data for problem reproduction
• Identify issue scope, expected result, and issue severity
• Investigate technical production issues raised by Call center agent or Internal User
• Provide workaround/resolution within defined SLA
• Engage appropriate internal resources to resolve technical issues
• Update customers on progress toward resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as application support
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in basic SQL query and XML API request/response
• Fluent in English
• Good verbal communication in English
• Good attitude, Open Minded, Calm & Friendly, and Service mind
• Able to work under pressure
