About this position

The incumbent is responsible for monitoring and controlling both Claims Handlers and TPA to ensure smooth claims operations, achieve the company’s objectives, and increase customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical consultation to related Claims Team Members for eligibility validation.
• Support fraud detection, handle complex cases, hospital admissions, complaint cases, and denied claims.
• Justify medical decisions within authority limits on any medical claim.
• Monitor, review, and audit TPA or hospital claim management processes.
• Generate claims operational reports as per sales/broker requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree of Nursing Science or Medical Background.
• At least 3 years of health claim experience.
• Proficient to work with Microsoft Office (Words,Excel).
• Excellent communication skill, well organized and eager to learn.
• Good command of English both of writing and speaking.
