Accounting Administration Officer (Contract)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Preparing payment and handling account payable.
• Preparing and managing all tasks in related with cheques disbursement to vendors.
• Assisting in Tax form preparation e.g. PND 3, PND 53 and PP.30.
• Assisting in office administration e.g. filing the documents (Payment voucher).
• Assisting in physical count of inventories and company’s assets.
• Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any fields.
• 0-3 years’ experience in accounting, administration or related fields (New graduate who is a high–potential and seeking for job challenging is also welcome).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
• Ability to use MS office.
• Goal–Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
