About this position

At Alstom, we are looking for a full-time Asset Configuration Controller in Bangkok to support the Maintenance team by reviewing and analyzing documentation and processes to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

You’ll be working with Maximo to record incidents, create work orders and other necessary processes required to support the maintenance team. This includes working with the Industrialisation team to enhance processes and streamline activities.
• Confirmation and accuracy of work completed in accordance with existing processes
• Analysis of data and reporting of current trends with a view to increase efficiency and streamline processes
• Monitor the accuracy of fleet configuration and ensure the database reflects the physical condition of each vehicle
• Analyses data and produce reports to explain findings in a logical format

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineer, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Control System and Instrumentation Engineering or related field
• Confident, English language skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Skills including VBA/Coding skills
• Experience with Maximo or similar CMMS will be an advantage
• Ability to work with a wide range of internal stakeholders
