About this position

The LazFlash Operation-LazFlash position involves overseeing the deals hunting process for the Flash Sale channel, focusing on maximizing sales and ensuring a good customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an end-to-end deals hunting process for Flash Sale channel. Design the deals hunting criteria and process in order to maximize the sales on the channel.
• Work closely with commercial team to identify and grow new strategic assortment from key sellers.
• Incubate and expand the pool of eligible sellers to ensure a sustainable growth.
• Maintain the quality of the products featured on the channel by establishing operation standards in order to create a good customer experience.
• Utilize data to monitor the performance and present insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field (i.e. Business, Marketing, Economic, Engineering etc.)
• 1-3 years of work experience with commercial, retail or data analysis background.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluent in both Thai and English.
