About this position
The Quality Assurance Engineer (Customer Claim) will be responsible for supporting Quality Management in terms of customer handling, coordinating with external customers, and analyzing customer failure samples.Responsibilities
• Supporting Quality Management in terms of customer handling (requirements, complaints and improvements).• Contacting and coordinating with external customers and motivating internal teams to improve quality.
• Conducting failure analysis of customer's failure samples.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in electronic engineering, industrial engineering or related fields.• 1-3 years of work experience in quality assurance field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in Written and Spoken English (TOEIC score 600+ is preferred).
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills for both internal and external departments.
