About this position

• Manage a cross-functional team involved in the OEM/trading process, including planning, procurement, production, quality control, logistics, and other relevant departments.
• Collaborate with other departments to align OEM operations with overall company strategies.
• Ensure that products meet or exceed quality standards through effective quality control measures.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials for the OEM process.
• Monitor and manage relationships with OEM suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing.
• Ensure that the OEM process complies with industry regulations and standards. Stay informed about relevant regulations and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
• Manage the FDA registration process for modified starch products, including documentation, submissions, and communication with regulatory authorities.

Work Location: Thai Wah Tower (Sathorn)

Requirements

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in food science, Product Development or related field 3-5 years of relevant experience in the QA, OEM, trading coordinator of starch or food products. Good knowledge of food ingredients and food processing/ industry Good knowledge of FDA regulations and experience in managing FDA registration processes Knowledge of Quality Management System such as HACCP and FSSC 22000 Analytical, strategic thinking abilities, and communication skills
