About this position
1. Support and monitor OT systems:- Install, configure, and maintain OT systems, including operational devices and applications such as machinery, sensors, PLCs,…
- Address technical support requests and troubleshoot OT system issues.
- Perform testing, monitoring, and reporting on performance and security issues related to OT systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures for operating and maintaining OT systems.
2. Support and manage IT systems:
- Install, configure, and maintain network systems, hardware, and software in an industrial environment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot end-user computing, software, and office applications.
- Monitor and maintain network security systems, including implementing security measures, updates, and data backups.
- Participate in system upgrade projects and deploy new technology solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
3. Incident management and maintenance:
- Detect and diagnose OT and IT system issues and take necessary corrective actions.
- Plan and execute regular maintenance activities to ensure system stability.
- Monitor and report on system performance and operational capabilities.
- Propose and implement improvements and upgrades to OT and IT systems to enhance performance and reliability.
4. User training and guidance:
- Provide guidance and training to users on efficient and safe utilization of OT and IT systems.
- Create instructional materials and support users in troubleshooting issues through OT and IT systems.
5. Monitoring and reporting:
- Monitor the performance and operational capabilities of OT and IT systems.
- Report issues, incidents, and implemented solutions to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Propose and implement improvements and upgrades to OT and IT systems to enhance performance and reliability.
