Vice President HRBP

“KCG corporation” started its business in Thailand since 1958. Initially established as Kim Chua Trading Ltd., Partnership, KCG focused on importing and retailing food products such as butter, chesse, and canned goods.

About this position

The Vice President HRBP is responsible for overseeing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of HR, Management, all line managers, and Regional teams
• Act as a single point of contact for all employees and relevant stakeholders
• Ensure proper utilization of the company's HRIS and maintain up-to-date employee database and records
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with organizational policies and employment regulations
• Lead or support compensation and benefits projects
• Coordinate all Compensation & Benefits processes
• Manage the performance management lifecycle
• Review, update, and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor and employment laws
• Centralize, collect, compile, and analyze HR data and prepare reports
• Monitor and update the organization chart
• Manage and update HR information in HR Share Point or other channels

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fields
• At least 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources
• At least 3 years of direct/hands-on experience in each area of responsibility
• At least 5 years of working experience in Management Level
• In-depth understanding of labor laws, tax laws, and other employment-related laws
• Experience using HR management systems (HRIS)
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and result-oriented
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Strong commitment to stakeholders and delivering great services
