About this company

Operating in Thailand since 1999, Siamex supplies the bakery industry with quality baker's yeast, bread improver, dairy and nondairy whipping creams, chocolate together with a large selection of ingredients to cater the needs of the bakery and pastries industry in Thailand. With over 300 clients ranging from artisans to global brand name manufacturers, Siamex offers its employees a large breadth of exposure and experience, as well as a dynamic work environment.

HR challenge

For this project, Siamex wanted to source a large number of young sales talents for several placements across various regions of Thailand. The company was looking for a way to both attract and assess which candidates will prove to have the most potential to grow in their organization.

Huneety's solution

  2. Social media campaigns in Thai language aiming at advertising the positions in locations targeted by the recruiter. This also contributes to the visibility of the Siamex brand in targeted territories. 
  3. Huneety recruitment platform supported the collection and pre-qualification of all the profiles received in the campaign. Collecting profiles on Huneety eases the workload of the recruiter and allows smooth communication between the HR and hiring manager.
