Amar Bank is a leading digital bank in Indonesia, known for its innovative technology and customer-focused approach. The bank is seeking a Quality Assurance Retail professional to ensure operational processes meet established guidelines and standards.

Kewajiban

• Conduct daily monitoring checks on the workflow of each unit within the Digital Operation & Strategy Function and Risk Operation Function according to established guidelines and samples
• Ensure that each unit performs operational processes according to applicable SOPs
• Ad hoc tasks as per instructions from superiors

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experienced in QA Desk Collection/Underwriting/Call Center for approximately 1 year
• Proficient in using Google Spreadsheet
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Eager to learn and good communication
