Detail posisi
Kewajiban
• Educate and train the sales and marketing team regarding product applications, distributors & sub distributors.
• Conduct Inservice Training sessions at customers.
• To deliver excellent pre-and post-sales service to customers by identifying their needs and developing appropriate solutions. This includes managing customer expectations, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders and maintaining good relations with customers.
• To develop strategies to promote the use of BD products among customers and end users.
• To assist in product evaluations, new product launches and other marketing initiatives as required.
• Plan and execute medical conference participation and exhibitions.
• Participate in the preparation and implementation of scientific seminars & exhibitions.
• Prepare sample requests from the sales and marketing team.
• Complete application related troubleshooting and report every Product Incident Report.
• To liaise with Marketing and Sales team members regarding customer requirements and trends.
• To prepare reports detailing progress and achievements against key performance indicators (KPI).
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent preferred, preferable Medtech.
• Minimum 3 years experience working in the field of Specimen Management.
• Experience in handling technical aspects of specimen management.
• Ability to communicate well in English, both written and verbally.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft.
