Jababeka was established in 1989 and was the first industrial estate developer to be listed on the Jakarta and Surabaya Stock Exchange when it went public in 1994.
Our flagship development is the 5,600 hectare fully integrated township Kota Jababeka in Cikarang, with an estimated population of over 1 million people.
Our strategy is to develop a business with which we create critical mass and from which we expand and develop further businesses. Therefore, while we started started as an industrial estate developer we soon moved into the development of residential real estate as the population grew.
With this continuing growth the need for supporting and leisure facilities emerged and Jababeka grew with our very own Education Park, a central business district, the Cikarang Golf Course, a business club, as well as several other facilities. At this point we became a true township developer.
Jababeka has evolved into a fully integrated enterprise, offering a full range of real estate and infrastructure products, such as the Medical City, Indonesia Movieland, its own power plant, waste water management facilities, and the Cikarang Dry Port.

Kewajiban
- Melaksanakan pengendalian & evaluasi proses pengolahan air limbah dengan kualitas pengolahan yang memenuhi baku mutu
- Mengkoordinasi, memantau, dan melaksanakan seluruh perizinan dan pelaporan kepada instansi terkait
Kualifikasi
- Min. Pendidikan S1 dibidang Teknik Lingkungan, Kimia, Teknik Kimia
- Memiliki pengalaman min. 3-5 tahun dengan posisi yang sama
- Memahami proses pengelolaan air limbah baik secara biologi, kimia dan fisika
- Memahami ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 dan SJH/HAS 23000
- Memahami peraturan-peraturan yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan limbah cair
- Memiliki kompetensi Pengendalian Pencemaran Air (PPA) lebih disukai
- Memiliki kompetensi pengoperasian dan perawatan BFP
- Memiliki kompetensi pengoperasian instalasi pengolahan air limbah industri
- Memiliki kompetensi pengendalian pengelolaan limbah B3 (PLB3)
- Memahami pengujian dan analisa parameter air limbah
- Memahami sistem pengendalian proses secara fisika dan kimia
- Memahami sistem pengendalian proses secara biologi Aerob dan anaerob
- Memahami proses tanggap darurat
- Memahami operasional instrumen dan control
- Pengetahuan tenaga listrik dasar
- Memahami sistem manajemen Mutu-Lingkungan-K3
