โข Incharge in handling activity related to Labor Union, Labor Law & Industrial Relation
โข Managing company legal documents and permits
โข Perform and leading project related to Industrial Relation
โข Analyze, create a system and follow up on the implementation of industrial relations, especially communication activities, foresting work discipline and termination within the company, as well as administrative matters, documentation and implementation of company regulations
โข Maintain good relations with internal and external companies (community agency, government, and other related institutions), employee, companies, surrounding communities, employment agencies, and the government / regulator institutions, Disnakertrans
โข Good knowledge in all aspects of UU Ketenagakerjaan / Ciptakerja
โข Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
Kualifikasi
โข Min 2 years of experience in Industrial Relation a related field
โข Bachelor's degree in law
โข In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations
โข Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills
