Chromalloy Thailand is hiring a Quality Engineer to oversee quality assurance and compliance in aircraft gas turbine engine part repair and overhauls.

Kewajiban

• Drive released inspectors for achieve company's KPI and closely work if have any issue related with the ARC.
• Update internal document to compliance with AS9100, ISO9001 and all authority requirements.
• Maintain the compliance of the quality management system by setup and be a lead auditor for internal audit activity (Quality Compliance Audit, Product Audit, Process Audit, and Regulation's audit)
• Handle and drive team to complete the 8D investigation report and main responsible in case quality issue feedback from customer.
• Handle for establish and update the Process Risk Assessment (PFMEA) to compliance with current situation.
• Provide information and submit applications regarding amendment or renewal of authority approvals.
• Responsible for assessing subcontractors (local and oversea) working under the quality system and maintaining the expertise necessary to be able to do so, to the satisfaction of authority. She is also responsible for assessing external specialist services required to be used by the CTHA&CTST in the performance of maintenance.
• Establish and lead the projects for process quality improvement activity.
• Establish and lead the projects of cost saving in quality functions.
• Leading for set the activity to improve and enhancement the quality awareness.
• Lead to renewal all certificates (FAA, EASA, DGCA Indonesia, CAAM Malaysia, CAAC China, CAAS Singapore, CARC Jordan, CAA UK, JCAB Japan, TCCA Canada, C.A.S.E, AS9110 and ISO9001).
• Handle for Capability List amendment for all authorities.
• Apply for change amendment such as certifying staff, facility, layout, equipment, etc.
• Apply for new certificates based on company’s opportunity.
• Work with NDT 3 to update NDT procedures in accordance with OEM, NAS 410, and EN 4179.
• Test and qualify inspector level I, II and III.

Kualifikasi

• 3-5 years of working experience in quality assurance and quality control system.
• Good command of English (Speaking, Reading, Writing) with minimum TOEIC 700.
• Graduated at least bachelor's degree in Engineering field.
• SPC, 8D Reporting, Lean, Gage R&R, FMEA, MSA, Black/Green Belt, and Quality Control Inspection.
• Leadership skill, Analytical Skill, Team Collaboration, Planning & Organizing, and Communication skill.
