Huneety 360° Competency Assessments exist for organizations to identify their missing skills and competencies, understand where their gaps are and perform IDPs to bridge the gaps. Huneety 360° Competency Assessments is delivered using the 360 evaluation method.

We deliver two types of report:

First, an individual 360° Competency Analysis report, who his usually delivered to the employee by the manager. The report help the employee to grow awareness about their own skills gaps and give directions to HR and managers to craft a focused Individual Development Plan (IDP).

Second, an interactive team dashboard that summarizes all the skills gaps in the entire company. This allows HR at the corporate level to take a bird-eye view of the skills and weaknesses in the company and prioritize future L&D initiatives and budgets.

Mapping the skills of your organization

We perform skills mapping using labor market data and your existing competency framework (if existing) and help you perform career pathing according to your job infrastructure. Each Competency mapping is reviewed with HR and Line managers for a final handshake.

Debriefing reports & gaps analysis

Individual reports are debriefed with Line managers to support Individual Development Plans. We also deliver your skills analytics dashboard to HR and top management (skills gaps, individual priorities to develop or promote, mapping of your experts, etc) to support your L&D strategy.


Bridging skills gaps with IDPs

Huneety crafts Individual Development Plans using the 70/20/10 principles to bridge the gaps of the workforce. Each IDP includes training coming from your learning catalog or suggestions from the most well-known E-learning providers on the market.

Although we can adapt the assessment method such as Line manager assessment, 180 assessments etc; the 360 assessment method is recommended to get unbiased results, and the most reliable data.
