We are looking for an experienced and motivated Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing financial advice to our clients. You will be an integral part of the accounting team, working closely with other financial professionals to ensure the organization's financial objectives are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering accurate and timely financial records.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
1. Prepare and document financial statements and reports.
2. Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.
3. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
4. Manage and coordinate the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.
5. Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
6. Prepare and review account reconciliations.
7. Research and resolve accounting issues.
8. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
9. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies.
10. Participate in internal and external audits.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
