Conducting feasibility studies, analyzing energy market trends, preparing reports and agreements, managing M&A and due diligence processes, and other business development tasks.หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Conduct feasibility studies and identify investment opportunities• Analyze energy market trends and competitor strategies
• Prepare papers and presentations for management
• Prepare letters and agreements for project negotiation
• Conduct and prepare documents for project bidding proposals
• Manage and participate in M&A and due diligence processes
คุณสมบัติ
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields• Graduation from high-ranking university in USA & UK preferred
• Minimum 5 years' experience in business development or investment banking
• Knowledge in M&A, IPO, due diligence, financial analysis, valuation, and feasibility study
• CFA License preferred
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Experience in energy sector or gas business preferred
• Interpersonal relationship skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Negotiation and presentation skills
• Fluent in English (Minimum 750 TOEIC score)
• Ability to travel/work upcountry and abroad
• Goal-Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible mindset
