The Manager, Key Account WHS is responsible for achieving profitable and sustainable market growth within assigned field accounts, while aligning with adidas brand image & strategy and ensuring target achievement.
Kewajiban
• Establish strong relationships with key accounts and make the Company their preferred partners
• Apply sales strategies, policies, and best practices for the Accounts business segmentation
• Allocate resources, negotiate, implement, and track action plans
• Ensure a win-win when negotiating trade terms for both adidas and customers
• Pursue additional business opportunities by supporting the team and applying a strategic mid-long term approach within the accounts
• Develop Alliance Accounts/Global Accounts/Key Accounts strategies
Kualifikasi
• University degree in Business with sales/commercial focus
• Preferably 3 years in Sales or KA Management in Apparel/fashion/Footwear or FMCG industry
• Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
