Building Technician Staff position involves checking, maintaining, and repairing electronic or electrical equipment periodically to ensure optimal functionality.

Kewajiban

• Perform maintenance and minor repairs on Air Conditioner (AC), Exhaust Fan, and Genset units to keep them working optimally.
• Conduct maintenance on Plumbing.
• Maintain the building including civil aspects such as painting, gypsum repair, partitions, and tidying up other interior aspects of the building.
• Implement all policies, instructions, tasks, and directives set by superiors.

Kualifikasi

• Age 22-38 years
• Minimum education of SMK/STM majoring in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Air Conditioning
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Technician / Engineering Staff in Apartment Buildings, Office Towers, or Shopping Malls
• Proficient in maintaining and repairing various aspects within buildings such as Civil: Walls, ceramics, ceilings, partitions; Electrical: Electrical panels, lighting, PABX, Genset; Plumbing: Water pipes, sewage pipes, urinal pipes; Cooling systems: Air Conditioner, Cooling Tower
• Understanding of BAS (Building Automation System) is preferred
• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk - North Jakarta
