The Credit Control Officer at Alfa Laval is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations within the area of Revenue and Accounts receivable.

Kewajiban

• Perform daily Customer calls & sending structured email reminders to ensure timely and accurate collection of payments from customers.
• Perform weekly Collection Call with Sales teams for Overdue issues.
• Ensure all invoices sent are well received by customer.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable function, and/or one or several specialist areas according to set standards and rules.
• Provide Accounts Receivable and Sales Related Data Request from Auditors and Sales Person.

Kualifikasi

• Able to work under pressure for Collection Target to keep Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) at minimum level.
• Bachelor's degree graduate (in economics/statistics/mathematics) from reputable University.
• 3+ years of related experience from related Field (Accounting/Finance).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, including teleconference presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
