Sales Manager position at Alfa Laval in Indonesia

Kewajiban

• Define and manage sales plans and activities for specific area
• Conduct market and customer analysis to define business potential
• Proactively look for and manage leads, converting them into business opportunities
• Be active in the market by engaging with customers
• Connect internally with Business Unit Manager to deliver results
• Use CRM tool and other tools to support sales process

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 5 to 15 years sales experience in Process Food industry
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of over-achievement
• High energy and focus to achieve ambitious goals
