As head of corporate legal, responsible for leading the Legal team, managing contract and regulatory compliance, developing global policies and procedures, and advising on legal issues and risks.
Kewajiban
• Provide legal representation to the Company, support the work of the Company and manage the full range of legal strategies and responsibilities for Aice Group legal entities in various jurisdictions.
• Set the strategy and goals for the Legal team in alignment with the larger Company goals.
• Lead complex legal projects that span legal, business, and functional boundaries.
• Provide counsel to staff in all departments on a variety of complex issues.
• Collaborate and build synergy with all departments of the Company to determine legal processes and implement changes.
• Develop and provide training on legal issues, processes, and policies to multi-level audiences in all departments.
Kualifikasi
• Minimum Bachelor Degree, holder of Advocate License.
• Minimum 7 to 10 years legal experience, especially in FMCG Industry.
• Good understanding of corporate actions, international and national trade, mediation, arbitration, legal compliance, and litigation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex legal concepts to non-lawyers.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
