Detail posisi

The Purchasing Staff (Mandarin Speaker) will be responsible for collecting data for analyst SPV, negotiating prices, finding alternative suppliers, coordinating with related departments, and monitoring OS PO for all buyers in the Plant.

Kewajiban

• Collect data for analyst SPV
• Negotiate price
• Find alternative supplier
• Coordinate with any related department regarding collect data internal
• Monitor OS PO all buyer in the Plant

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree of Accounting/Finance/Banking
• Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG Industry as a Purchasing Import Staff
• Good Negotiation skill
• Advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Pivot)
• Knowledge about SOP and Organization process
• Good Communication
• Knowledge of inventory, Warehouse, and Production process
• Honest, Have Integrity, Agile
• Preferably Mandarin speaking
• Knowledge about Packaging, Raw Materials, and Support Office
• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
